- The first of two gymnasiums we constructed for City Fitness
- Engineer designed, using complex foundations
- Built using tilt panels and timber framing
- A concrete slab to first floor was laid to minimise noise
- An advanced mechanical system was installed to cope with the diversity of the gym’s usage
- This gymnasium was completed in 2008 at a cost of $4m
