Description
Seven industrial units were constructed over two levels; we used concrete tilt panels to divide each unit for fire security and sound proofing.
Each unit has a mezzanine floor, toilet, and kitchen. The exterior cladding to the front is Titan board, and the roof was designed using Posi-struts and internal gutters to achieve a modern look.
The units provide storage and office facilities with full fencing and tasteful landscaping.
